Chuck Folks
Owner & Master Plumber
Chuck has been serving northeast Kansas since starting his plumbing career in 1993. After earning his Journeyman license in 1996 and his Master's license in 2002, he gained experience managing large commercial projects before founding Advanced Plumbing in 2008.
Chuck brings more than 30 years of experience to every job, from everyday repairs to large-scale commercial construction. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Diane, their two daughters, woodworking, 4-H, and recreational shooting.
Diane Folks
Owner & Office Administrator
Diane joined the company full-time in 2013 after a 17-year career as an elementary school teacher. She keeps the office running smoothly while helping ensure customers receive the friendly, dependable service Advanced Plumbing is known for.
Outside of work, Diane enjoys spending time with her family, participating in 4-H with her daughters, reading, knitting, and coaching softball.

Cory has been with Advanced Plumbing since 2013, working his way from apprentice to leading commercial projects. A Lawrence native, he's known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to customers. Cory enjoys running gas lines and, outside of work, spends time with his wife, Mayra, and their two daughters.
Dylan Cheek
Apprentice
Dylan joined Advanced Plumbing as an apprentice in 2024 after graduating from Perry-Lecompton High School. He's working toward earning his plumbing license and enjoys that every day brings something new to learn. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
